Authorized Use Policy

FRPFILE products and services are intended only for lawful and authorized use.

Customers may only use FRPFILE services on devices that:

• they legally own; or
• they have received lawful authorization from the device owner to service or manage.

Prohibited Uses

Customers must not use FRPFILE products or services in connection with:

• stolen devices;
• unauthorized access to third-party devices or accounts;
• fraud;
• identity theft;
• theft of personal information;
• unauthorized circumvention of security controls;
• any activity prohibited by applicable law.

FRPFILE may request additional information or proof of authorization when necessary.

FRPFILE reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services where ownership, authorization, transaction legitimacy or legal compliance is in doubt.
